Price, exchange and refund policy

All sales of packages and services related to packages or any other sale on the SITE and Lease it Express mobile applications are considered final sales. No exchange or refund can be made after any purchase.

By using our services, you accept the terms of these terms of use. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any provision of our services if the terms of use of Lease it Express are not respected in whole or in part. Any breach of these Lease it Express Terms of Use is not exchangeable or refundable.

Use of promotional codes

Promotional codes posted on the WEB SITE or on the WEB SITE's official social media may be deactivated without notice if there is no end date indicated. You may use promotional codes as often as they are valid on each transaction.

14-day free trial period 

All new customers can benefit from a 14-day free trial on all WEB SITE display and options packages. Each new customer can benefit from only one (1) fourteen (14) day free trial period and this offer is unique and cannot be renewed. This offer is valid for the customer's first advertisement. To take advantage of this promotion the customer must enter his credit card information during the purchase process. No charge will be taken from the customer's credit card for the first fourteen (14) days. At the end of the free trial period, the fees for the package and the display options you have chosen will be automatically charged to your credit card. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their transaction from the Customer Centre before the fourteen (14) free trial period. No refunds or discounts will be given if the customer forgets or omits to do so. When the Customer terminates the free trial period, the Customer's advertisement will terminate under the fourteen (14) free trial days.

Rebate for electric vehicles

At any time, particular who want to transfer their lease on our WEB SITE and that they are leasing an electric vehicle benefit 15% rebate applicable on all display packages.  The discount applies automatically when you get to the shopping cart. This discount can be cumulated with other current promotions.
